Informational Picket at VZB Headquarters in Ashburn Virginia

On May 1st CWA members held an informational picket at VZB headquarters in Ashburn Va. Supported by District two and members and officers from local 2222 the demonstration was a big success. Verizon VP Jeannie Defendorfer and many VZB techs were  scheduled to attend a "town hall meeting". CWA'ers carrying signs proclaiming "One Verizon- One Union" lined the street in front of the sprawling complex promoting freechoice at Verizon and directing workers to our web-site.
